What happens when my plan ends?
We'll email you before your prepaid plan ends, and you'll always have the choice to change your schedule.
Can I switch filter types later?
While your prepaid plan is for the filter type you choose at checkout, if anything comes up please feel free to email us and we'll help make the switch. If you're not sure which filter is right for you, we're always happy to help before you order.
What if I need to cancel?
